Always Changing

Life never stands still, as much as we like it to. We do get cosy in certain ruts that we have created in our lives, however this does mean that there is no room for growth.

My therapy room seems to be taking on that feeling this year and its for the positive.

I have introduced a new selection of oils and started the redecoration. This has shifted any lingering energy that would not benefit my clients or myself.

It is always lovely to hear when clients come in and they say that they feel relaxed and have walked in to different world. This means that they are able to remove some of the blocks, They are then able to benefit from the treatment fully as they are so relaxed away from their everyday worries. It gives them space to start on the healing journey.

This is the time for Spring Cleaning and starting with healthier habits, and this means giving time to yourself.
