With the Hygiea Method of Colour Healing you will find the colour that you can work with during this session. Your colour chart that you take home with you will be explained. Using both silks and crystals in an non-invasive way to ease health issues and relax.

No talent or skills required to work this therapy, but you will be working with various mediums and chosen colours to release blocks and gain a different perspective of the stage of life you are in.
